General & Commission TOS:1. You may not claim credit for my artwork.2. You may use art you commissioned from me as a social media profile picture, avatar, or icon without crediting me in your bio.3. If you have commissioned a vtuber model from me, you must credit me in your social media bio (can use "ママ"/mama) and in an appropriate section of your streaming/content channel (ex. Twitch panel).4. You must sign a commission agreement drafted by me detailing agreed-upon price, deposit amount (if applicable), use of the artwork (private, commercial, etc.) and acceptance of the TOS. I will not begin working on the art until this is signed.5. You may not use my art for hate-speech or alter any of my art to reflect hateful or discriminatory beliefs.6. You may not use my art for the purpose of AI-training or AI image generation.7. TAT depends on the commission requested and slots available (see commission prices). I do not accept rush orders.8. The "stage" of your commission and progress will be tracked on a kanban board (Trello) you will be given a link to view.9. You are entitled to 3 free revisions/adjustments to any piece of commissioned art prior to delivery of the finished product and final payment; subsequent revisions will require additional payment (see commission prices). Revisions/adjustments requested during the sketch phase are always free of charge and do not count towards this rule.Refunds:
1. No refund will be given if the final product has been delivered and you have paid in full. Commissions that do not require an up-front deposit are not eligible for refund. It is your responsibility as the consumer to communicate dissatisfaction during the commission process, not after it has concluded.2. Commissions requiring an up-front deposit are eligible for deposit refund at the following rates:

3. If you have requested a refund of your deposit, the funds will be delivered to you based on the above rates and the rest of your commission will be considered canceled. Deposit refunds cannot be requested after the flat color stage has been completed and shading has begun.4. In the event of a deposit refund, any work I have completed on your commission will remain my property. You may not share, use, or reference (for your own art or for the purpose of commissioning another artist) any progress photos I have sent to you or character designs I created for you (if applicable) while the commission was active.Chargebacks:
1. If you issue a chargeback after the final product has been delivered and you have paid in full, you lose all rights to use, share, or reference the commissioned work, progress photos sent during the duration of the commission, and character designs I created for you (if applicable).2. In the event of a chargeback, I will attempt to contact you to resolve the issue in case of an accidental chargeback. The chargeback will be disputed upon failure to resolve the issue within 3 business days or failure to make contact with you.3. Consumer-initiated chargebacks determined to have been made in bad faith (ex. chargeback scams) will result in a permanent blacklist and revocation of your right to use, share, or reference any commissioned work or character designs I have created for you (if applicable), including any past commissions.
